Recent research into Japanese Sword Fitments have revealed surprise results.

Jez Hanton 7^th Dan, Zen-Shin-Do-Kenjutsu-Kai has explored the origins
of various items of Sensei Jon Alexander’s collection of Sword Fitments and has discovered that

some of the TSUBAS that Sensei Jon has resemble the following.
